Aadh bhavani or Shakti is source of origin of this world. Shakti
has manifested itself in different forms. As we know and pray these Nav
Durga or nine incarnations of Aaadh Shakti during Navratris we get
immense power and solace.Every Navratra is dedicated to each incarnation

Shailputri was Sati in previous incarnation and ardhangani (wife)
of Lord Shiva. She was daughter of Maharaj Daksh. Once Maharaj Daksh was
doing a Yajana and he didn't invite Lord Shiva. So Sati didn't like this
and Sati Immolated Herself in the Havankund (Holy Fire). Then Lord Shiva
felt very angry and to disrupt the Yajana He (Lord Shiva) started
dancing, holding the dead body of Sati in his hands. Then Lord Vishnu Ji
used His Sudarshan Chakra to cut Sati's body into 52 pieces. Wherever
those pieces fell is known as Shakti Pith. So Vaishno Devi,Chintpurni,
Jawalaji, Chamunda Devi, Naina Devi and Mansa Devi are all Shakti Piths.
Lots of people like to go to Vaishno Devi,Chintpurni, Jawalaji,
Chamunda Devi and Mansa Devi. When we go there we face lots of
